We like to stand by our prices, so if you find a verified competitor that is offering a lower price than us we will match it and offer you an additional $10 off of your purchase. This guarantee includes the purchase of all software and equipment that is sold on our website.

Our Low Cost Guarantee Guidelines

Just about any merchant account service provider will offer a different pricing structure from the rest. The fees we compare will need to be met by a certain amount of guidelines. The intention of our Low Cost Guarantee guidelines are to ensure that the compared price to a verifiable competitor is a fair and accurate one. The price guarantee will need to be compared to the competitor with a reflection of costs over the course of a year and not simply there current rates. To take advantage of our guarantee, the merchant must provide proof of a complete schedule of fees from the competitor or at least two full months of current processing statements from them along with the original contract or agreement that was signed with them. Acceptance of the Low Cost Guarantee is dependent on receiving all requested materials.

When we compare the costs to the competitor, we will compare the cumulative cost of the hardware, account set up fees, statement fees, customer service, PCI or annual fees, and the termination fees. Our comparison will also be based on the other merchant's monthly charge volume, credit history, business type as well as any other information that we deem important in figuring the true costs of the competitors price.

To be approved for the Low Cost Price Guarantee, you will have 5 business days to complete with us an account application. If you do not fill out the application in the given time frame, we reserve the right to deny the guarantee. We will also not be required to beat any further competitor's pricing for the same merchant a second time.

The Low Cost Guarantee is also dependent on the merchant being approved for the merchant account. If you are not approved, we will make our best effort to get you the same offer through another processing provider, but can no longer offer you the guarantee through our services.
